YDPG18 Android Console – N64 and PSX emulation looking sweet!

Recent days have brought with them a video of an android based console form Yinlips – the YDPG18 (catchy, isn’t it?). Anyway, marketing 101 fail aside, the video speaks for itself:

And it seems to websurf mighty fine too.

- OS: Android 2.2
- CPU:800GHz
- GPU: Mali 400 @ 395MHz
- RAM: 512MB
- 8GB NAND
- 5" 800 x 480 touch screen display
- 5 Mega Pixel camera
- Supports Micro SD card
- Stereo speakers
- WIFI
- HDMI
- USB - supports keyboard/mouse etc
- Video, music, photo, e-book, calendar, calculator, web browser etc
- Emulates: NES, SNES, GB/GBC/GBA, Mega Drive, MAME, N64, PSX, Flash 10.X games
- Supports network multi-player games
- Gravity sensor
- Dimensions: 175mm x 75mm x 20mm | Weight: 200g

At the moment, the only way to get one of these appears to be to do so through a taobao agent like this one. However, the price is not too bad at all: about $100USD, with shipping extra.
